We act only as a facilitator and are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, damages, or losses caused by third-party providers or circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
You agree to use our Platform for lawful purposes only. Any misuse, fraudulent booking, or attempt to tamper with the system is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
All content, including logos, text, and graphics on Plan My Tour, is owned by Dreamcoder and protected under Indian copyright laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
